So, anyway, on the phone to-day, Peri and I were speaking of DF and dares and NaNo and such-like.
Dares are things to stick in your novel when you just need some crack because you need to keep moving.
In the comments to this post, please to be posting DF-related dares for use in NaNo. Things like ...
-Name characters and places after Maja!typos
-Give someone a pet duck. Bonus points if it is blue.
-Have someone use "World trade federation" as a serious curse.
-Include the line "I am a danish."
-One point for every Raoul whose name is actually known to the reader in your story. (No referring to nameless background characters as 'Raoul' and counting it.)
-Include an erotic orange
-Mention the Baking Accident
-Name a character Glatna. Bonus points if said character's name actually includes the period.
